Billing Terms and Conditions

1. Introduction

These Billing Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern the payment obligations and processes between Laurel27 (“Company”, “we”, “us”, or “our”) and the customer (“you”). By purchasing our products, you agree to these Terms.

2. Payment Terms

2.1 Pricing. All prices are in USD and subject to change without prior notice. Prices are exclusive of applicable taxes unless otherwise specified.

2.2 Accepted Payment Methods:

• Credit / Debit Cards: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, Diners Club
• Digital Wallets: Apple Pay, Google Pay, PayPal, Shop Pay
• Buy Now / Pay Later: Shop Pay Installments

All transactions are processed securely through Shopify Payments.

2.3 Payment Due Date. Payment is due at the time of purchase for one-time orders.

3. Invoicing

Invoices are generated upon completion of your order and sent electronically to the email address provided. You are responsible for ensuring all billing information is accurate.

4. Disputed Charges

Any billing disputes must be reported in writing within 60 days of the invoice date. Send disputes to support@laurel27.com with your order/invoice number and details. Laurel27 will investigate and resolve disputes promptly.

5. Refunds and Credits

Refunds or credits are processed in accordance with our Return & Refund Policy. Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.

6. Taxes

Customers are responsible for all applicable taxes, including sales tax. Tax-exempt customers must provide a valid exemption certificate at the time of purchase.

7. Billing Errors

Laurel27 will promptly correct any billing errors. Overcharged amounts will be refunded or credited; undercharged amounts will be invoiced.

8. Payment Security

All payment information is handled securely and in compliance with PCI DSS industry standards. Payments are processed through Shopify Payments. Laurel27 does not store credit card information on its servers. All transactions are secured using SSL encryption.

9. Limitation of Liability

Laurel27 is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages. Our maximum liability is limited to the amount paid by you for services/products in the six months preceding the event giving rise to liability.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Delaware, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any legal action will be brought exclusively in the courts located in Delaware.

11. Changes to Billing Terms

Laurel27 reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes take effect upon posting the updated Terms on www.laurel27.com.
