We currently ship to addresses in the United States. We are continually working to expand our shipping destinations.

3. Shipping Costs

Free Standard US Shipping (warehouse-fulfilled items): Most products in our catalog are fulfilled from our North Charleston, SC warehouse and ship free of charge to any address in the contiguous United States. No minimum order.

Brand-fulfilled (Shopify Collective) items: A subset of our high-ticket inventory — select Beatbot, Sublue, and WYBOT products — ships directly from the brand via Shopify Collective. For these items, carrier-calculated shipping rates are displayed at checkout based on size, weight, and destination. The rate shown at checkout is final — there are no hidden fees.

Express US Shipping: Available on warehouse-fulfilled items for $15.00 flat.

4. Order Processing Time

Orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Monday through Friday, excluding US federal holidays). Orders placed before 5:00 PM CT begin processing the same business day.

5. Estimated Delivery Time

Standard US shipping typically delivers within 3–5 business days from our warehouse. Brand-fulfilled items ship on the timeline shown at checkout.

6. Carriers

USPS, UPS, FedEx for parcel; FedEx Freight, Old Dominion, XPO Logistics for LTL/freight. All orders include tracking.
